万润发集团公司员工激励研究

企业作为市场主体，必须具有健全的运行机制。企业的运行机制是一个集合概念，它包括企业的激励机制、约束机制、运转机制和发展机制等。其中，激励机制是其核心和基础机制，其它机制都以激励机制为基础。

本文以万润发集团有限公司为例。该企业已初步建立了公司激励制度，在发挥员工工作积极性上起到了一定的作用。但该企业目前还没有一个完整的、独立的公司人员激励方案，公司的激励制度中尚存在重物质激励、轻精神激励，激励机制缺乏健全制度支持等问题。在对万润发集团公司的激励制度进行分析时，本文从该企业的经营情况、该企业激励制度的现状、激励制度中存在的问题及问题存在的原因以及为该企业提出激励制度的优化策略等四方面加以论述；并通过引用相关理论，就该企业激励机制中存在的可取之处与不足提出自己的观点，为该企业激励制度的改进优化，提出与理论相结合的激励措施；在文章最后，谈出自己在该公司的实习体会和对该公司的展望。

Enterprises as market entities, must have sound operational mechanism. Operation mechanism of enterprises is a pool concept, which includes enterprise incentive mechanism, restraint mechanism, operation mechanism and development mechanisms. The incentive mechanism is the core and foundation of mechanisms, other mechanisms are based on incentive mechanism.  

The Tiankun Group Co.Ltd , for example, The enterprise has initially established a system of corporate incentive for staff motivation, and it has played a certain role. However, there is not a complete and independent company personnel incentive programme now yet. Company incentive systems are remained inadequate, such as the importance of material incentives, taking spirit inspired; Lack of incentive mechanism sound system support. From the analysis of the Tiankun Group Co.Ltd, the writer discussed four aspects ,they were the enterprise of this situation, the status of the enterprise incentive system, incentive systems problems and issues exist and the reasons for the proposed enterprise incentive system optimization strategies. Quote the relevant theory, there′re systems for enterprise,the lack of merit, Incentive for enterprises to improve the system proposed combining theory with empirical models of the writer′s views; In conclusion, the writer talked about her own experience in writing and the company's prospects.
