万力达公司员工绩效考评研究

摘要
随着经济的全球化趋势加剧和信息时代的真正到来,我国企业面临着越来越激烈的国内和国际市场竞争,人力资源是现代经济发展的首要资源。经济全球化和全球竞争水平的提高,使得企业组织不得不充分利用它们的一切资源以确保其在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展。作为组织重要资源的人力资源也引起了组织越来越高的重视。有效的人力资源管理己经成为组织发展与成功的关键。公司的竞争,实际上是人力资源的竞争,只有有效地开发人力资源,合理科学地管理人力资源,充分调动公司员工的积极性和创造性,才能有效地实现公司经营发展的战略目标。如何提高企业绩效水平,打造企业的核心竞争力成为摆在企业管理者面前的一个重要问题和目标。在公司运营管理中,中层管理人员是企业效益的主要创造者和生产经营活动的具体组织者,在引导员工和传递公司的思想等方面起着承上启下的重要作用,是一个企业运行的枢纽。绩效考核是现代人力资源管理的核心问题,建立科学、系统、有效的中层管理人员绩效考核体系,不仅能够充分调动他们的积极性,帮助公司有效达成使命,创造高绩效,为公司中层管理人员的奖惩、职业生涯发展、培训、薪酬提供依据,而且必将推进公司全员绩效水平的提高,并成为公司成长发展的持续动力源泉。本文以万力达公司为研究对象,分析了该公司员工绩效考评的不足,以及改进和实施的对策建议。

Organization as an important resource of human resources has also attracted increasing attention organizations. The competition is in fact the competition of human resources, the only effective human resources development, science and rational management of human resources, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and creativity they make the best use, companies can effectively achieve Business development of the strategic objectives.
